Welcome to My Practice

It is a beautiful experience to see people work through their trauma, set boundaries, learn healthy coping strategies, and move on to a more peaceful, productive life. Therapy is more than just chatting; we will set goals and apply modalities to help you see those goals reached. I offer a trauma-informed lens where you and your well-being are the absolute priority.

I have experience helping children, students, families, couples, and individuals deal with relationship issues, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting issues. It is key to learn to listen to your mind and body, to find the best ways for you to manage what life has thrown at you, and to use evidence-based practices to authentically move toward healing.

"As we go through life we all end up navigating rough waters and unpredictable storms. If we learn how to calm ourselves and believe in ourselves, the storms won't be as hard to navigate—we will be skilled sailors."
Linda MacDougall Penner
